The 2011 Car show season will be on us shortly. Jim Fritts has been around the DFW area doing car shows since 1999. Many have tried to imitate but have never been able to duplicate.
Jim Fritts has run car shows under several other car show names but NOW is running them under Fritts Car Shows. Jim has ALWAYS put the importance of family as priority as part of the car shows and is thrilled to have Robby (Christy's Son) helping run car shows this summer and is looking forward to many more years working side by side with him.
We have several new additions to the Fritts Car Show family. Ellen Williams has joined the crew and is doing the graphic arts design and will be running shows with Robby. Dave and Gary will be the usual ball of fun that they have always been and are looking forward to laughing our way through shows with the duo. Dave Newton and Lonestar Performance Buick Club will be helping Fritts Car Shows run some of the Hooter's Shows and we are thrilled to have them.
Jim Fritts has ALWAYS been the trailblazer in the DFW area when it comes to car shows, in fact, someone has referred to him as the "P.T. Barnum of Car Shows" That is a great analogy and pretty much sums him up!. Many of the companies in DFW have been spin offs from the original car show companies that Jim has started.
Jim Fritts will always continue to bring new personality to the car shows. He will always be bringing new ideas and incorporating family oriented fun to the shows.
Starting in March. Fritts Car Shows will bring "Fritts Car Shows Super Star Kids" to the for front. You ask... What is "Fritts Car Shows Super Star Kids"... It is a car show for kids within the adult car show. We will be offering a special kind of unique and fun award for that kids that will match or be a little bit different than the parent awards but will be presented with the adult awards.
We are bringing something new to the awards as well... you will just have to stay tuned or come to the shows and see what we have to offer new with awards! You wont be disappointed!
Another new and exciting program that we are starting is the "Featured Car Of The Month". This is a car that we pick to feature on the website and through out the month at shows. To be considered a featured car of the month you must send an email to us at frittscarshows@gmail.com and tell us WHY your car is outstanding and should be a featured car of the month. If you are picked you will be given a one of a kind plaque featuring your car only.
